Well, know that you are not alone. Have you been feeling exhausted, have you seen people act up around you, or maybe you have acted up? Have you been feeling spaced out and maybe confused about life - your purpose?
This is all part of the universal energies right now, and it's intense. We are being told to rise up, and it's uncomfortable. Maybe you have noticed that people you thought you could trust are not really to be trusted. You need to ask yourself - what is important for YOU? Maybe you have noticed that you are gossiping, and talking about others making you wrong? Listen to your body, nourish yourself, and take extra naps if needed, or go to bed earlier! Don't feel bad for wanting to rest. I have been feeling EVERYTHING, and I have been shown some nasty sides from fellow humans, but it's all for the greater good. Neptune is what is causing this right now, along with other Astro vibes - but let's face it Neptune rules everything that is under the surface - So that means that sh*t comes up for us to see it for what it is, and release it! Oh, and it's Full moon within two days - so get ready to release.
Write down things that you want to release on a piece of paper, then burn the paper (please have a fire-safe bowl) - feel yourself becoming lighter and fill your heart with gratitude as you release this. Jupiter is also squaring Neptune this month! Jupiter expands everything - so yeah that means that everything that comes to the surface might be heavy - and sh*t might hit the fan! But don't be scared, these things bring many lessons if we are willing to look at them. To face the shadows and the "not so pretty" sides of our lives. Things come up for a reason, so you can release it. So you can continue to become - continue to RISE! Let go of old ideas, let yourself show up and be the person you are meant to be - not what society told you to be. This is a potent time to truly look at who you want to be in the world, who do you want to be remembered as? Time to burn the old and let yourself shine dear soul! During this time I suggest staying grounded. Take time for yourself in the morning - take at least 10 deep breaths, maybe journal, write down what you are grateful for. By the end of the day, do the same. Even if you had a sh*tty day, there is always something to be grateful for - the fact that you have your breathe and you are alive.
